We do not offer refunds for eBooks or other downloadable content once they have been purchased and delivered.
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your eBook, please contact us, and we will assist you to ensure you receive your product.
2. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same product, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
We will review the order and, if verified as a duplicate, issue a refund for the extra charge.
